The authorized share capital of the Authority is fixed at US $ One Thousand One Hundred Million (US $1,407,000,000) divided into one million one hundred thousand (1,100,00) shares of US $ One Thousand each, subscribed as follows:
The fiscal year of the Authority commences on the 1st of January and end on the 31st of December of each Gregorian calendar year provided that the first year shall include the period extended from the date of its registration in the Commercial Register up to December 31st of the following year.
