We encourage all stakeholders, including employees, contractors, partners, and the public, to report any suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies.
What to ReportYou may use this platform to report concerns related to:
- Fraud, bribery, or corruption.
- Financial misconduct or irregularities.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Abuse of power or authority.
- Breach of health, safety, or environmental standards.
- Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
- Other violations of GCCIA's Code of Conduct or applicable laws.
Confidentiality and ProtectionWe affirm that all reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. In cases where the whistleblower’s identity is disclosed to the investigation team, it will remain fully confidential. We also emphasize that retaliation of any kind as a result of submitting a sincere report made in good faith will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if such retaliation occurs.

How We Handle ReportsAll reports are received by GCCIA’s Internal Audit & Compliance Department and are subject to initial screening. If the initial screening indicates potential violations, a formal investigation will be initiated. Appropriate actions will be taken based on the results of the investigation.
